As a coffee addict, it seemed only natural to try this recipe in my Elite Gourmet Bread Maker. Here’s the recipe if you’d like to give it a go! Sweet Coffee Bread Setting - 3 Size - 1.5 lbs Colour - Dark Time - 3:45 Spring Water - 10 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Sea Salt - 1/2 tsp Egg - 1 whole egg, room temp Sugar - 3 tbsp 2% Milk - 1/2 cup White flour - 2-3/4 cups Yeast - 1/2 tsp at 10 beeps, approx 70 minutes 2 tbsp coffee beans, lightly hand crushed 1 tbsp whole beans
